Tribe 1, the group founded and directed by Pendle Hill's Dean Niyonu Spann, will sing at the Kimmel Center November 5

On Sunday, November 5 at 1:00 p.m. Tribe 1 will perform on the Commonwealth Plaza Stage at Philadelphia 's Kimmel Center as part of the Free in the Plaza program.  The Tribe 1 performance precedes a concert by Sweet Honey in the Rock at 3:00 .  Tribe 1 was founded in 1994 by Niyonu D.
