Many Friends have gotten their grounding as clerks from Arthur Larrabee's popular workshop "Clerking: Serving the Community with Joy and Confidence." In this advanced workshop, Arthur will use the issues, concerns, and experiences raised by those attending the workshop, together with his own materials. This will be a practical, interactive workshop for those who have taken a clerking workshop of some sort, regardless of where or with whom, and who have clerking experience. Those who register will be asked to submit at least two issues, concerns, or experiences they would like to have explored as part of the workshop.
By limiting the number of participants to twenty, it is expected that there will be an opportunity to focus more deeply on some of the key aspects of Quaker decision-making and clerking.
Limited to 20.
$370/private room; $295/shared room; $210/commute
